Rhett Miller is the Managing Principal at Lone Pine Property Company, a full-service commercial real estate investment and services firm.  Rhett launched Lone Pine Property Company in January 2025 after seven years at Stream Realty Partners where he was a Managing Director, co-leading the office leasing team. 

A graduate of Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, Rhett also earned his MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business after moving back to Dallas from New York where he worked at JLL and real estate prop tech company, View the Space.

Outside of work, Rhett loves spending time with his family, fishing, and is passionate about giving back to his community through coaching youth lacrosse and Families Feeding Families, an annual event started in 2022 by his family to benefit the North Texas Food Bank.
